This time last year...

 This time last year I was getting this cute Dashi toy finished for my nieces birthday which is on the 17th of February.  It was lots of fun to make (even though I didn't get the proportions right with her head/body).  My boys wanted me to make Peso, Barnicles & Kwazii - but I still have not done it!!

Here is the latest album that I have been making - a little post bound album - just big enough to fit a 4 x 6" photo on each page.

Home Made Bag

I delivered an order to a customer last week. I didn't have a bag big enough for the 15 albums, so I did a quick google search for 'origami bags' as our origami book has been packed already, and found this fantastic video tutorial. I used a large sheet of cartridge paper, & I taped the flaps at the front (instead of folding them) with some cute Japanese tape that my mum bought me. I was quite pleased with how the bag turned out (I changed the top also, by folding it & instead of cutting a handle, I just hole punched it & tied the twine to keep it closed). Custom Made Wedding Guest Book

I had an opportunity to make a wedding guest book for a friend. I had a lot of fun making it. Here are some pictures of the finished product. I was really pleased with how it turned out.
